Amazing from start to finish. Kristin was an absolute pleasure to work with - she answered so many of my questions quickly and effectively. The food was delicious - our guests adored it and couldn’t stop talking about it! The team day of were so kind and accommodating and made everything so smooth and painless. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a more “elevated” experience with Texas BBQ.

PEJ is the BEST caterer!! They were the kindest, most reliable company to work with! They also have delicious food! PEJ was very accomodating, super nice and professional on the day of, very efficient, and overall FANTASTI!! I was also able to rent linens through them so I didn’t have to worry about it! I will absolutely recommend PEJ to anyone who is needing food for their wedding!

They did such an amazing job handling our entire wedding. We didn't need a wedding planner because they did all the rentals for tables etc and all the staff for bar and food and cake cutting and set up /clean up. The food was delicious!

We used PEJ for our wedding on 5/25/24. We opted for the smoked fajita buffet. Our food was amazing! Everyone loved it. We are still getting compliments on how good everything was. The service was top notch and they were very easy to work with. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for delicious food on their special day.

PEJ was fantastic! We did the deluxe bar service and the smokehouse menu. Everyone has told me for days how great the food was and how much flavor it had. They made sure the bride and I got a plate and they served the cake quickly and efficiently!The bartenders were extremely attentive to guests needs too! They memorized my groomsmen names and their orders. Lori was immensely helpful at getting everything perfect for our big day! Thank You PEJ, you and your team made it a perfect day!

We loved using PEJ Events for our wedding. The food was amazing!!! We got a ton of compliments from our guests on the BBQ buffet. I didn’t see a single plate with leftover food because it was soooo good. The bartenders were also incredible and a ton of fun. Their energy definitely filled the room. When it came to planning, Kristin was AMAZING! She was always there to answer questions and finalize details. We loved working with her throughout the planning process. I will be recommending PEJ to any future brides because we were so happy with how everything turned out.

PEJ was the best choice for my daughters wedding. We knew from the start we wanted BBQ. Our wedding planner highly recommended PEJ events. From the beginning, Kristin was so helpful and set up the perfect tasting for us. The food was so amazing, we had a hard time choosing what to serve. So many guests at the wedding said it was by far the best food they have had at a wedding. The servers were so polite and friendly that it just added to the experience of the guests so much!!!

Wonderful food and catering experience for our wedding! We loved the many options and customizability of the menu and truly enjoyed everything we tried during our tasting. We decided on the BBQ buffet and received many compliments from our guests on how delicious the food was. My wife and I had a private dinner during cocktail hour, and the lead server, Kayla, was very kind and attentive when she brought us our food. If you want a catering experience that is without stress and food that will leave your guests more than satisfied, we cannot recommend PEJ Events enough!
