Cocktail party
PEJ Events Cocktail Party Catering brings the perfect mix of flavor and style to your next gathering. Choose from hors d’oeuvres or light bites, served passed or at stations, with the option to add bar service. From setup to service, we make it easy to host a memorable, stress-free cocktail event.
Flexible Service Time
Includes 2-3 hours of service time along with the ability to add extra time. Events exceeding three hours may be charged accordingly for extra service time.
All-inclusive Essentials
All cocktail party events include: palm leaf plates for stationary items, compostable flatware and napkins as required, all food service tables draped in floor length black linens and all appropriate serving pieces and utensils.
Menu Options
Choose from hors d’oeuvres or light bites, either stationed or passed, with additional options available, including bar service. A 50-guest minimum applies.
Florals
Optional floral upgrades are available for tabletop essentials through our in-house floral partner, making it easy to elevate your event without the extra coordination.
